The Baomid Production Group, under the brand name Saj, began its activity in the field of starter and alternator production in 1991 in Tabriz. By utilizing its experience, technical knowledge, and experienced experts, it was able to receive the mandatory standard mark for the production of starter and alternator for 24-volt diesel vehicles for the first time in 2011. By producing various starters, alternators, and related parts for diesel vehicles, this complex is one of the suppliers of the production lines of Idem and Iran Khodro Diesel Company, and has been operating since the beginning of 1404 in the form of a legal entity called Azar Saj Khodro Company with registration number 1380. The laboratory equipped with alternator and starter testing, product diversity, and high quality are the prominent features of this complex. It is hoped that based on the organizational belief of this complex and customer-oriented policy, we can make a significant contribution to the supply chain of starter and alternator spare parts for the country's automobiles. Starter Motor - The Heart of the Ignition System . A starter motor, usually an electric motor, converts electrical energy from the battery into mechanical energy to crank the engine and start the combustion process. It uses a small gear (pinion) that meshes with a larger gear (flywheel) on the engine, causing the flywheel and ultimately the crankshaft to turn the engine. 1. Activation: When the ignition key is turned (or the start button is pressed), a signal is sent to the starter solenoid. 2. Solenoid engagement: The solenoid, a type of electromagnet, engages and pushes the starter pinion gear forward to engage the flywheel. 3. Power transmission: A 4. Engine Starter: The electric motor spins and turns the pinion gear, which in turn spins the flywheel. This rotation is what starts the internal combustion process in the engine. 5. Getting Rid of the Flywheel Once the engine starts and runs automatically, there is no need for a starter motor. The starter disengages the pinion from the flywheel and the starter motor does not work.
