Laboratory Equipment
All parts made by the group are tested and inspected on Saj Industrial Group's own test equipment in accordance with standards 4143 and 4144. An alternator test bench rated up to 140 A, the first of its kind in Iran, is one of the group's distinctive facilities. A fully automatic starter test bench and an engine test rig for starters are used for life testing. All starter and alternator parts hold the mandatory standard mark licence.
Alternator, regulator, rotor, stator and diode testing, plus alternator cut-out testing
The automatic alternator test bench, built to standard 4143, is one of the group's laboratory facilities and can test alternators up to 180 A. Cut-out testing is also carried out in-house.
Starter life test
Starters are life-tested on an engine: in line with the standard documents, they are tested up to 15,000 cycles, and the condition of the parts is examined once the test is complete.
Alternator rotor testing and inspection
After production and balancing, every rotor is tested for resistance and power and checked dimensionally.
