About Saj production group
Saj Industrial Group, a manufacturer of various electrical parts for heavy vehicles, such as starters, dynamos, armature dynamos, etc., began its activities in Tabriz in 1991. It is currently one of the main suppliers of Idem and Iran Khodro Diesel companies and is considered one of the main suppliers in the after-sales service network.

Quality, Testing & Service
All the production parts of this collection are tested and checked with the testing equipment of Saj Industrial Group in accordance with standards 4143 and 4144.
Starter motorthe heartof the ignition system
A starter motor, usually an electric motor, converts electrical energy from the battery into mechanical energy to crank the engine and start the combustion process. It uses a small gear (pinion) that meshes with a larger gear (flywheel) on the engine, causing the flywheel and ultimately the crankshaft to turn the engine.

Activation
When the ignition key is turned (or the start button is pressed), a signal is sent to the starter solenoid.

Solenoid engagement
The solenoid, a type of electromagnet, engages and pushes the starter pinion gear forward to engage the flywheel.

Power transmission
The solenoid also closes a circuit, sending a large current from the battery to the starter motor.

Engine starter
The electric motor spins and turns the pinion gear, which in turn spins the flywheel. This rotation is what starts the internal combustion process in the engine.

Getting rid of the flywheel
Once the engine starts and runs automatically, there is no need for a starter motor. The starter disengages the pinion from the flywheel and the starter motor does not work.
