Warranty

Saj starters, alternators and other products carry a one-year warranty from the production date printed on the label. Products that are more than one year old because of the time elapsed are given an on-the-spot warranty, provided they work, but are not covered by the time-based warranty.

What the warranty does not cover

1. 1Opening, repairing or tampering with the product outside the company
2. 2A torn hologram label
3. 3Any impact or damage to the product
4. 4Any incorrect connection or installation by the user
5. 5Expiry of the warranty period (the warranty runs for one year from the production date marked on the starter)
6. 6Damage to components caused by, for example, fitting a 55 A alternator in place of an 80 A or 65 A unit
7. 7Starters whose pinion has suffered face clash because the starter nose spacer was not fitted

All customers and users of Saj products during the warranty period

Note: If a warranty claim is not accepted, all shipping and service costs are borne by the customer.
