The products of the Saj Start and Dynam production group and others include a one-year warranty from the date of production written on the label. Products that are older than one year due to the passage of time are also given an on-the-spot warranty on the condition that they work and do not include a temporary warranty.

Items that do not include warranty

1- Opening or repairing or manipulating the product outside the company

2-Tearing the hologram sticker

3- Any impact and damage to the product

4- Any incorrect connection or installation by the consumer

 5-اتمام تاریخ گارانتی (تاریخ گارانتی از تاریخ تولید بر روی استارت بمدت یکسال میباشد)

6-در مواردی که  به عنوان مثال از دینام 55 آمپر بجای 80 آمپر و یا 65 آمپر استفاده شود و موجب آسیب به قطعات گردد شامل گرانتی نمیشود

7- در استارتهایی  که بدلیل عدم نصب واسطه کله استارت دچار درگیری پیشانی دنده استارت گردیده است شامل گرانتی نمیباشد
